My personalized training programs are carefully tailored to your individual fitness goals and abilities, ensuring that you get the most out of every session. I went to college and double majored In Human Performance and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. Knowing the body is important to your success.

Nutritional Guidance

My nutritional guidance goes beyond just meal planning, i can provide education and support to help you make sustainable and healthy lifestyle changes. 

Strength and Conditioning

My strength and conditioning sessions are designed to improve your overall physical performance and endurance, whether you're an athlete or just looking to boost your fitness level. I am certified thru ACSM, NASM, FNS AND CES which means I am qualified to help you with the following: weight loss, muscle adaptation, injuy prevention, and rehabilitation.

What is the cost of personal training sessions?

The cost of personal training sessions varies based on the frequency and duration of your sessions. I offer different packages to fit your budget and goals.

 

Pricing:

Individual training packages:

One time a week: $70/session

Twice a week: $60/session 

Three times a week: $55/session

Four times a week: $50/session

Group training packages are same set price for individual and each person is an additional $15/ session. 

For example: 

Two people once a week: $85/ session

Two people twice a week: $75/session

Three people once a week: $100/ session

Three people twice a week: $90/ session

 

All payments are required before each session. I accept paypal, venmo, cash, or checks. 

Do you offer group training sessions?

Yes, I offer both one-on-one and small group training sessions to accommodate different preferences and needs. No more than three people at a time.

How can I track my progress with your programs?

I use a variety of methods to track your progress, including measurements, strength assessments, and regular check-ins to ensure you are on the right track towards your goals.

What is offered per session?

Each session is an hour long. It will include warmup and cooldown and any needed stretching. Though i am not a licenced Nutritionist I can help you with nutritional needs such as suggesstions, mealplans, supplements, etc. We will establish a routine and schedule based on your goals and needs setting you up for long term success. Whether you choose individual, group training, in person, or online, you will receive full dedication and specific planning in reaching your goals. 

What does the home gym include?

As any home gym, it does not have all the equiptment you may be used to at a commercial facility. However, it does have a multifunctional cable machine that allows barbell squats, pullups, chest press and cable movement. There are dumbbells ranging from 5lbs to 90lbs. Other items include: stability, medicine, and SMR balls, foam rollers, battle-rope, step up platform, benches, mirrors to inspect form, Lat pull and Leg ext machines, TRX straps, treadmill, bike, and elliptical. And like any knowledgeable trainer, functional movements are essential and can be done on my horse stall-mats and floor pads.

Tiffany's Home Gym is a family-owned and operated personal training facility located in Keizer, Oregon. My mission is to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel supported and empowered to achieve their fitness goals. With a focus on personalized training programs and holistic wellness, I am dedicated to helping you transform not only your body but your entire mindset towards health and fitness. I am a wife and new mother,  and have been a trainer for over 20 years and still love it as much as I did when I first started.
